Remodeled rooms are really nice, simple attractive decor, nicer than many hotel chain decor, which was very nice in the evenings, relaxing. Close to the beach.

Wait. Was there a breakfast. Yes this place is older but you really can't beat everything you get. A great location. The room have kitchens or kitchenettes and my room had a little separate alcove for the bed. The staff is beyond nice and helpful

    Horrible, Motel 6 is much better, this is not a resort and not a 4 star hotel, it’s a overpriced condo in a public park with no service.

    Clean, safe motel a block from arguably the nicest beach in the area, at a very good value compared to other local options. Nothing fancy, but great for a getaway with kids and much nicer location than the hotels at the boardwalk. Good to have a suite with kitchen at a reasonable price.

    This is a very nice motel-type place to stay in Aptos. Location is really the only minus. If you are going to Aptos to enjoy the beach, this place doesn't really make you feel like you are there. It is right off highway, so convenient, but not scenic. But the room design was nice, everything seemed clean and quiet, and the communal spaces seemed inviting. Parking was easy, close to rooms. Evidently there is a lavish brunch on Sunday mornings, but we didn't do that.

    Proximity to the beach, kitchenette, separate table in addition to a built-in desk, breakfast was good (typical of breakfasts offered by motels that have them).
