Not just clean — impeccably clean! Room was very comfortable. Parking was literally 3 steps from the room. A guest laundry was a bonus. Breakfast was extra but very reasonably priced. Location was closer to vineyards than Napier.

The owners were incredible. They were extremely friendly, inviting, helpful and went out of their way to make the time I stayed with them the very best. The room was big, super comfy bed, extremely clean and the cooking facilities were exactly what you needed. Location was central to everywhere I needed to go.
