Location was great! Friendly maintenance worker, Alfred,on site upon arrival was great to visit with>and I was able to get door codes immediately upon request from the property manager, Chris. Chris also was great with supplemental local knowledge of the Rossland/Trail communities.

Even though it is a older motel complex it is a nice place to overnight and relax. The only thing i noticed was there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Guess this was not necessary back in the day when it was build. Overal, I am satisfied and filled all my needs.

I was surprised by how safe and clean this motel seemed. If I ever find myself in trail again I will be staying here! No sneaky fees, so great! The only thing I would note is that the walls are paper thin and we always heard some kind of noise, but nothing that was loud enough to keep us awake. 10/10!
