It was a very nice stay. The room and linen were clean and set up with care. We were arriving late in rain and a receptionist was calling us to make sure we’re arriving and driving safely.

The owners were very helpful. They gave me a room close to the office when they noticed I had a bad knee. The lodge is across from a shoppers and from a great restaurant and pub. The room was big with a nice sofa and a comfortable bed.

The restaurant that's attached to the motel I hear is extremely good. I only had coffee from there. Rooms are very outdated but you can see that they're trying to upgrade a bit here and there. The decor was light and attractive and the wooden furniture was in good condition. Three padded chairs were provided, and there was good table/bench top space provided. The fridge had a separate freezer, and the bathroom, although old, was fresh and clean. Plenty of power outlets that were easy to access.
