It’s well built, modern and well equipped for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. Parking is easy and there is a nice pool for summer cool off. It’s close to a rail line which may be relevant but we enjoyed the occasional clatter of a passing train. Right across the road from the beautiful Raby Bay canal meant I could go for lovely walks in the morning. Only two minutes walk to Coles, coffee and other food. The bed was super comfortable and the room a very generous size. It was very quiet and comfortable. Yes, it may be a little older and run down but it was clean and comfortable and very good value for a motel especially given its fantastic location.

I didn't hear the people in the room next to me, which is a huge plus as this can be an issue in motels. Super comfy bed and everything you need in the room, including a well functional AC and great fan. Lovley family run motel, and I will certainly be back.
