Very friendly and incredibly helpful staffs! They provided us many great advices for our first trip in Halong. The hotel, located in Hon Gai, is not very close to the tourist center which is in other side of the Bai Chay bridge. However, you can find affordable foods and discover the true lifestyle of local habitants and can walk to HaLong market and ride shortly to other attractive places such as Quang Ninh museum, Hon Gai beach.

I like specially the work of all the crew members, commanded by Mr Hill are very efficient and nice. And the food was amazing. All the dishes were incredible!! The boat is medium sized and quite new. Rooms are spacious and clean. Balcony is good for having tea and watching views in private. The bathroom has view and private Jacuzzi which is very nice. The 3 days 2 nights schedule is relaxing and interesting. Food is great. In summary can't praise them enough. Staff team led by Mr. Tommy is wonderful, always doing beyond to help. Mr. Lam the tour guide is also very friendly and helpful. Thank you team for making the trip wonderful for us.
