Located in Phu Quoc and with Sung Hung Pagoda reachable within 24 km, Roma Hotel Phu Quoc - Free Hon Thom Island Waterpark Cable Car provides concierge services, allergy-free rooms, an outdoor... Everything! This is the only time so far I give hotel 10 out of 10. Brand new hotel with the loveliest staff members. They did everything for us what they could. And we are so thankful! Our standards of the good hotel and hospitality were significantly raised.

Facing the beachfront, JM Boutique Hotel offers 4-star accommodation in Phu Quoc and has a garden, shared lounge and terrace. Ideally set in the An Thoi district, this hotel offers a bar. The bed is SO comfy omg. We booked a JM for Hanoi and booked another JM because of the comfy bed… modern facility and nice bathroom. It is south of the island situated within a quiet (and empty) resort vibe pseudo European village thing… this was weird at first but we came to like the quietness and it was far preferable than the try too hard beach front resorts on the west side of the island. I would definitely return.

Located in Phu Quoc, a few steps from Long Beach, Regent Phu Quoc provides accommodation with three restaurants Oku restaurant with Omakase Atelier, Rice Market a Vietnamese and Asian restaurant and... The location, the design, the comfort, the staff, the service...everything was just excellent, especially the staff. They were all well trained and their PR was superb. There was one night we were having dinner at Ocean Club and the kids at the next table were really noisy. We didn't complain but the staff were so apologetic that one of the staff escorted us to Jade Bar for complimentary drinks on the house after our meal. And when we got back to our room, we had a special plate of dessert waiting for us with an apology note. Regent really trained all their staff well, from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant staff, the staff at the pool, beach, gym, housekeeping and the chefs...they were all so friendly and attentive. Excellent!
