Staff: staff was so polite, specially i like to mention the name of our dedicated service manager (Tri). She took care of our food preferences, and she help us alot through out our stay. i give 10* ratting for her only. Around a fifteen minute walk to Vincourt Plaza, which is a shopping mall with a huge supermarket inside. Also around a fifteen minute walk to see the limestone structures. A big shoutout and thank you to Ngoc for her assistance and communication in English and Anne who speaks pretty good Chinese. In addition to that, I wanted to book a trip on the boat to see the limestone structures, Ngoc was REALLY competent and informative on delivering the most effective solution for me, thumbs for that! The room was roomy, airy, the bed extremely comfy with a good size. The water pressure could be better. All in all a VERY pleasant experience.

The food was good - they served lunch, dinner, early bfast, and brunch - and with special attention to dietary restrictions ie allergies. The amenities were exactly what they advertised.

Jenny from operation office was awesome, all queries responded within minutes, all requests taken care of,. Shout out to her and all the cruise staff for their incredible effort to make us feel at home. The boat itself was beautiful and very clean. While some areas do show signs of time, we didn't mind at all. Itinerary was well thought out, perfect blend of activities and relaxing time. Overall a must try experience!

Brand spanking new, clean, modern, spacious, lovely rooftop pool with beautify view of mountains and bay, located near several restaurants (Casa Bonita was wonderful - great smoothie bowls and shakes) and tour agency offices, and incredibly helpful staff - let us check in early free of charge, rented motorbike at very affordable price, showed us the sights around Cat Ba including national forest and hospital cave, offered fresh fruit and drinks when we were at the pool.
