Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere Thi die uns auch ein Moped organisiert hat. Die Lage der Hotels ist perfekt für einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand, gegenüber des Hotels findet man super Restaurants und auch authentisches vietnamesisches Essen. Der Pool mit Blick zum Meer genauso wie das Frühstück mit Dumplings und frischen Säften sind weitere herausragende Besonderheiten des Hotels. Insgesamt ist The Hem das für mich beste Hotel während meiner gesamten Zeit in Vietnam.
