Everything .. the location in relation to theme park, the water park, the dolphin show, the attention to details, the focus on children, the focus on adults as well, I loved the little detail that staff are very polite and not hinting for tips all the time, the room cleaning service, the resteurant is also great .. the breakfast is as described by other reviwers (amazing) the waiters are very polite and choices are endless .. the kids activities are also very nice, the clowns shows are almost daily and very creative.. The front desk staff were great; Special mention to Fatiha for her great communication skills and extreme politeness and her efforts to make our stay extra special. The dolphin show, and Nemo resturant are a must. The italian resteurant is good also. The wifi is great in the hotel with great speed. Water games are amazing with great variability to all ages.

Ramira City Hotel - Adult Only (16+) se nachází v centru Alanye, jen 500 metrů od moře a nabízí venkovní bazén, klimatizované pokoje se satelitní TV, bezplatnou kyvadlovou dopravu na pláž a lehátka a... Výjimečně skvělá kuchyně. Strávili jsme ne dovolené měsíc a neměli jsme pocit, že by nám jídlo nechutnalo nebo bylo furt stejné. Je to asi jen druhý hotel za celý život, kde jsem viděla servírovat třešeň. To už o něčem říká :) I ty nejzákladnější pokrmy byly uvařeny velmi chutně a kvalitně. Dále se nám líbil postoj personálu - neotravovali nás s různými nabídkami, ale vždy byli připraveni pomoct. Budova hotelu je moderní, hezká, bazén je skvělý, všude je čisto a příjemně. Vcelku všechno bylo o něco lépe, než je standard: o něco větší pokoj, o něco lepší internet, o něco lepší osvětlení, což dává dojem, že majitelům opravdu záleží na tom, co dělají :)

Hotel jsme vybrali vzhledem k nočnímu příletu a jeho blízkosti na letiště. Vše klaplo na 100%, odvoz zdarma byl zajištěn. Plenty of activities and entertainment. The food was brilliant, plenty of choice and good quality. The staff were fantastic. Yasmin in miniclub in particular was so lovely with the children. The mini disco was a big hit and the children are still singing the songs after our trip! The Eid celebration and foam party around the pool was incredible and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Brilliant trip and we are already looking at when we can go back again.
