The staff on reception and in restaurant/bar was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. Dishes on breakfast/lunch/dinner are tasty and various. The nearest beach is in 6 minutes of walking, and thr hotel's beach is in 15-20 minutes, but there is a transfer that goes to it. Very good hotel😊

Hotel Ramira City - Len pre dospelých (16+) sa nachádza v centre mesta Alanya, len 500 metrov od pobrežia. Ponúka vonkajší bazén a ubytovanie v klimatizovaných izbách so satelitnou TV. The hotel has everything to make a stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean, there was very good choice at breakfast with new items every morning, The staff people are very helpful and nice. No problems with wi-fi. The location is central, a short walking distance to the Red Tower, cable car, etc.

The food was nice - different every day. Honestly, we ate too much. The drinks were also OK. All in all, great holiday!

I've already been here a few years ago and will definitely come back again! - Food. I'm a fan of trying different meals and here I was mixing a lot. The food is very high quality, as there were no consequences :) - Additional point for midnight eaters :) I arrived after midnight and was able to have not just a snacks but a great late-night dinner. - Beverages. Cocktails are very dependent on bartenders - some of them really love what they are doing. The big variety of strong alcohol, there are different types of wine but beer lovers will be a little sad. The last straw similar to neutral wheat beer - Bomonti. - Pierce. This is just an amazing part of this hotel! Bar, meals (they make delicious hamburgers there) and of course the sea view. - SPA. After trying SPA in this hotel I will look hotels only with SPA. Extra piece of relaxation. Steam, nice smells and comfortable chairs. You can ask to add some essential oils smells to your sauna. But sometimes steam or sauna rooms smells something unpleasant and suspicious. - Games. Next to the gym there is a pool table, air hockey (the coolest game!), foosball and darts. Alas, I found this room not right away. I would like to express special gratitude to the guest relation agents. They are interested in whether your vacation is going well, whether any problems or wishes arise, there are always in touch and very responsive.

Semir was a great host. Apartment is fabulous, very clean and modern. Great view of the pool from the balcony. Apartment had everything we could possibly want. Semir was very responsive throughout our booking and stay which made us feel very relaxed! Check in and check out was very straight forward zero stress! Next time we visit Mahmutlar I would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Thanks Semir for everything.

I liked everything, from the location of the hotel to the cleaning of the room. Clean, room cleaning every day, staff very friendly, everything you need to cook. There is a jacuzzi on the roof, but the water is very warm. Within walking distance, cafes, shops, beaches, seaport. The beaches are different, mostly with stones. Beach number 1 has sand, you will need to walk to get there.

The apartment is very clean and bright, the interior is decorated with good taste. We liked everything. Apartment located on a high floor with a great view from the windows. I would like to mention excellent high-quality furniture it's seems like new and a large modern TV, the Internet is fast, there are a lot of dishes, high-quality appliances and it's also new. There are black out curtains in all rooms, you can sleep day and night. The host was polite, the response was quick, they helped us with the transfer. The complex is right on the seashore, located in the city center, but on a quiet street👍, which was important for us. It is convenient to use everything, the terrace is gorgeous, the views from it are very impressive. There are many restaurants, shops and there is also the best walking area in the city to the lighthouse and the port area with boats along the sea. Thank you for a great stay☺️.

The place is good, but the price is expensive for the service, there are no meals and no drinks inside the hotel, you have to buy everything, even water, you have to buy to drink
