What can you say- it's one of the best in Porto for a reason. Amazing facilities- gorgeous rooms and fantastic areas that are put together nicely. We only stayed for one night, but would have loved to spend more. We especially enjoyed the pool which was a combo indoor/outdoor which was very cool. You can tell that this place attracts fun guests as everyone was talkative and pleasant to be around. Bed was uber comfortable and the room facilities were exquisite. We would love to stay here again when we return to Porto.

The staff was so friendly, helpful and so professional. The service was top notch. The breakfast was really good. The decor of the hotel was really fun. The details really made the trip extra nice, like the welcome drink (our bartender made a great port o tonic, he took such care with the drink and service!), they gave us apples and chocolate and even port wine in our room! Also robes, slippers and toiletries were a nice treat!

All the staff I interacted with were courteous and helpful. The gym facilities were quite ample and well maintained. I really benefitted from the reasonably priced bike rentals. Overall, I'd really love to stay here again. Ohh did I forget to mention the cakes and refreshments available all day?
