Amazing hotel, in a superb location, with lots of great restaurants and bars in a walking distance. The staff is super kind and attentive, the room is clean and comfortable, the rooftop bar and the swimming pool are just perfect, providing us with a great relaxation after a busy day touring the island. Would absolutely stay again, highly recommended!

Saccharum - Resort & Spa is a luxury 5-star design hotel located on Calheta Beach, between the mountains of Madeira and the Atlantic Ocean. Great hotel! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite comfortable with possibly the best bed we slept on during our month long trip. Bathroom was clean, and the balcony was a nice addition. Great AC. Parking was easy and close. This hotel has the best, most elaborate breakfast I’ve ever experienced. It was delicious and filling and varied. We loved the beach club area, though would recommend water shoes as the beach is quite rocky. Would gladly stay here again.

Dette designhotellet ligger i et renovert våningshus på en klippe som vender ut mot Atlanterhavet. The nature of hotel is insane. I liked our stay and the staff was very friendly . We booked for a wrong day and they still accommodate us without penaltyis. Thank you for everything.

Honestly everything! Maybe one of the best hotel stays ever. The sun deck balcony is amazing place to relax and chill, the hotel staff is great, the views stunning. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice breakfast in the nearby hotel 1 min walk. Jacuzzi on the roof, massages etc in the nearby sister hotel . Even has a little kitchen inside the rooms so you can cook a small meal, have tea/coffee. We had a great time.
