Great if you're planning to stay in Krakow and do a day visit to Auschwitz. 10 minute walk into the old town. Big mall directly across the road. The staff were exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful. Because we left early in the morning to Auschwitz, they arranged a packed breakfast, which was really convenient and more than enough! They also kept our luggage for the entire day at no charge.
