We had a great stay at the Radisson Red in Okern! The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room we got initially hadn't been properly clean but the staff was very responsive and they moved us to a different one immediately. The check-in and check-out processes were super fast and smooth. The room was well-kept and very modern. The shower was clean and it had floor heating (always great to have :) ) The breakfast buffet was great. We had a lot to choose from and the food was really good too!

Posizione centralissima a pochi minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni della citta. Attaccata alla stazione Sentralstasjon da cui è possibile spostarsi con ogni mezzo. Nonostante sia attaccata alla stazione, il posto è molto tranquillo e sicuro. Staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Colazione a buffet ampia e varia. Biscotti home made che trovavamo in camera dopo le pulizie: favolosi!

The hosts were responsive and helpful. The apartment was very clean. Getting into the building was easy. Would stay here again!!

The hotel is located in the city center, very convenient to walk around. The staffs were very friendly, they recommended some local activities for us. Me and my husband enjoyed our stay!
