Very polite and professional staff. Best hotel we could choose for our stay. Great breakfast. I definitely recommend the hotel for stay in Florence.

Located in the tosacanian countryside, this resort is really all that is promises. Beautiful views, luxurious design, great comfort. Breakfast can be served outside. Dinners are posh and need a reservation. The pool has a magnificent view, though the water is a bit too cold. Staff was great, very helpful and nice.

The staff wete incredible, at check in they gave us a free glass of prosecco at the bar. The gentleman who checked us in gave us a city map and marked the routes to all of yhe popular attractions etc.. so so helpful. The room was perfect, comfortable and clean. With coffee machine which we loved. The breakfast was tatsy and the staff so friendly and nice! We had a fabulous time in florence and the hotel coupnt have been better!

Hotel Villa Agape terletak berhampiran dengan Balai Cerap Arcetri di Florence. Ia dikelilingi dengan taman seluas 8 ekar dengan pokok zaitun dan cypress. Art Hotel Villa Agape is a wonderful real life palace ! It has a huge garden with wonderful views, the building is extremely elegant, clean and well maintained. We only stayed for 2 nights, but would have stayed more only to have breakfast in the garden which is out of a fairytale! Also the breakfast was very good, varied and coffee was delicious. If you want to feel like a duke or duchess for some time, this is the place! The hotel offers a shuttle to Florence and back to the hotel, but only until 8 PM. For us this was no issue as we walked the approximately 2 km from Florence in 30 minutes or less every night.

It offers free Wi-Fi and staff are available 24 hours a day. beautiful quiet place close to the old city of Florence. Room, bed, beakfast, garden!, everything perfect. Unfortunately there are some construction works ongoing in the neighbourhood.

Hotel reka bentuk Palazzo Castri 1874 Hotel & Spa telah diubah suai baru-baru ini dan berjarak hanya 400 meter dari Stesen Kereta Api Santa Maria Novella. This hotel was wonderful - the staff was fantastic, the breakfast delicious, rooms clean and comfortable and location perfect! Close to everything Florence has to offer yet the gardens and pool area made you feel like you were tucked away from the busy city. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Florence!
