The hotel has the most helpful, service minded and friendly staff, who made sure that our stay was perfect during our 6 nights. The hotel was placed in the most wonderful little city up in the mountain with the most amazing and breathtaking view over the Amalfi Coast. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or/and dinner on a big balcony with the most amazing view over the mountain, Amalfi coast and city. The breakfast is good - but the dinner is also soooo tasteful. You won't regret reserve a dinner table at the hotel, where you can enjoy the sunset while eating the most delicious food and have the most lovely local wines. The hotel room and pool area is also very nice and clean. Both the room and pool area are placed at a very quiet spot. If you want to go to the Amalfi city or Positano etc., you can easily take a bus or rent a scooter in the city nearby.

We had a wonderful experience at Palazzo Avino. We enjoyed a quiet room with an alcove where we could sit and look out on a splendid view of the mountains and the sea. Breakfast was on an open terrace with excellent service and a wide variety of delicious breakfast offerings. The spa is not to be missed with a fantastic jacuzzi and a view of the sea below. The one stumble in our stay was not fully realizing the extent of the facilities and ,therefore, not taking full advantage of the exercise equipment and jacuzzi.This would have added a great deal to our comfort. Above all, the concierge,Antonio, is among the best concierges I have met in my travels throughout the continents. He accomplishes everything, as excellent concierges do, but he does it with a kindness, humbleness, and lightness of spirit which makes interaction a joyful experience. We would return just to have his assistance.

The room was clean and breakfast excellent. We loved the glimpse of the sea. It was quiet and peaceful, and well located close to everything. The lift was convenient.

Amazing view. Located in Scala that provides a more peaceful location and yet, short walk or drive to Ravello and Amalfi. Hotel is at a cliff with amazing views. The hotel facilities are great. Rooms are clean and breakfast is rich and tasty. But as always, the staff is the important thing. Always in attention, helping, making all that is possible to give you the royal treatment and little pleasures

The hotel is very well situated, with a beautiful view to the sea. The breakfast was very good with the gorgeous view. The staff are very kind, everybody make you feel very confortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well kept. Good spa and gym.
