Resort Was beautiful, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. All areas felt like they had thought off, it’s a beautiful place and delight to stay. It has nice walks, bonfire place, water stream, walking or cycling option, gym, clean and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are beautiful, with everything that one would want to make your vacation feel like one. We had taken the room with Mountain View, we had reasonable view, some of it was blocked by huge trees, we spotted few animals, it had a balcony, it had huge glass windows which was a delight to just lie down and enjoy the nature. It has good Wi-Fi signal through out the property. Reception The receptionist Sujit was very courteous, friendly, polite and very helpful. Manager We met Arijit- he is the organisational consultant. He was again extremely nice, pleasant, friendly. He took extremely good care of us through out our stay. He made us feel very special. He went there extra length to make sure we got original South Indian food, he got the chef to speak to is ensuring we got the food that we wanted. We wanted to watch the final football match, he made sure the projector was setup and even offered all the guests complimentary tea coffee and snacks. A small gesture which didn’t cost much but the effect was phenomenal on all of us. Staff All the staff have been trained to make all the guests feel special. They are very pleasant, polite and helpful, it was a delight interacting with all of them. They served with a smile and genuinely cared. Chef Benny Varghese came to us and made sure food was to our taste, he even cooked us original South Indian food. Waiter Altaf made us feel special with his very polite manner and smiling face. Food We enjoyed everything we ordered, we thought it was reasonably priced too for a resort. 5 stars to the chef Benny- he can cook really well and 5 stars to his team who serves the guests with a smile.

Located in Mananthavady, 20 km from Banasura Hill, Serene Crest Resort provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Serene crest located very calm and peaceful ambiance. but also easily accessible very good road to this heaven. Staff also very friendly and attentive available all time . They prepare very delicious food for us . Breakfast also have wonderful options. Rooms have balcony with very good view. Totaly recommend for who searching for city break. Wonderful property. Wayanad Wild offers accommodation in Lakkidi with rooms peeking out of the treetops and a swimming. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Free private parking is available off-site. After climbing a most impressive pass comprising of no more than 9 hairpin bends we popped out at the top to find the town of Wayanad. A jeep ride later traversing tea plantations we entered the heavily forested wonderland, which is the setting of the Wayanad Wild Resort. This CGH property is very well appointed, suitably understated to blend into the surroundings and clearly well managed by David Raju and his team. David is a leading naturalist in India having recently compiled two field guides on southern and central India with one on western India about to go to press. We saw things here that we had not seen elsewhere, particularly on the night tours, including 8 frog and 5 snake species! The rooms were very comfortable and the food was delicious. Our one night stay here, particularly the walks with Umesh, were memorable.

Offering tree houses, heritage suites and pool villas, Pepper Trail is set in a 200-acre coffee and spice plantation. Everything about Pepper Trail was amazing. As soon as I entered the gates It felt so tranquil. I stayed in a premium villa, which is really large and airy and has a veranda for watching the birds during the day or just relaxing. The pool area is so peaceful, surrounded by tropical flowers & plants. All the staff went out of their way to help with anything, they were very knowledgeable about all the wildlife, plants and spices. The food here is great too, if I had one small quibble, it’s that you always got way too much food. I would highly recommend Pepper Trail.

The manager Jaznan who were there at reception was a great host. He was there for every need. Set in Wayanad, 10 km from Kuruvadweep, Crystal Kuruva Nature Resort & Spa offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The property is extremely serene and beautifully crafted. We stayed at the villa with a private pool and the room was massive. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for two nights. The best part of the entire stay was the outstanding hospitality shown by everyone from management to housekeeping. We travelled with two small babies and every single request we made was accommodated in double quick time. Also to mention, the food is extremely delicious and well made, we had vegetarian food. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family for a stay here.

Absolutely stunning location . Wonderful staff who bend backwards to give you want you want . One can never go wrong with a Taj .. Chef Raj and chef Sanil kumar were constantly meeting us to ensure we were comfortable. We even had a wonderful unique dining experience on our anniversary. Chef Sanil was personally involved in curating the menu. The Manager Restaurants , Mr Sajjith was exceptional. He was attending to us everyday and even making some cocktails with the limited inventory. Some people who made our trip memorable were - Sajjith , Raj & Sanil , Akshay and Ameer ( interns ).

Can't recommend enough this wonderful resort. Design of the resort itself is so close to the nature, you'll feel relaxed and peaceful. Staff at the resort deserves a special appreciation for their attention to detail for every small thing they to do make guests stay a memorable one. Food at the resort is delicious, especially the breakfast buffet which contains multiple local delicacy. Albin from the reception team and Chef Sheriful and Satish were very helpful and professional for our special requests! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Situated on a slope overlooking the beautiful vista where the Banasura Sagar Dam is located, Sharoy Resort offers a 24-hour front desk and free private parking on property. Excellent service. Drivers are provided free accommodation. Great location overlooking lake. Ayurvedic massage at reasonable price. Staff eager to please and willing to accommodate every request. The restaurant even made special packed lunch for our road journey back. The manager Prateesh was extremely helpful. Noting from the passport that we were celebrating my birthday he had our room specially decorated and had a lovely cake baked and sent to us. Though laundry service was not available, he had our clothes washed and ironed. A staff even joined us for some games. Honestly, you can’t find better service anywhere. Highly recommend.
