Pets are allowed to be tied near pool, outdoor sitting in restaurant and can we walked on leash everywhere. They also provide poop scoopers and dust bins at multiple places so you don't have to worry about taking your gear. All of staff is extremely friendly with pet and truly made us feel welcome with our pet. Kids - on request, they made special food suitable for my 2 year old and made sure it was ready and warm by the time I reached the resort. Kids play area and game room is rich with toys and games to keep the little one engaged.

Also to note the staff are highly trained, kind and the best I have come across so far. I have to agree Paul John resorts have maintained excellent quality in all aspects.
