The food was amazing and we already can't wait to go back. We would highly recommend the Markee Castle to ANYONE.

River Dale, a property with a garden, is situated in Willsborough, 3.6 km from Sligo Abbey, 3.8 km from Yeats Memorial Building, as well as 4.1 km from Cathedral of Immaculate Conception. This is a beautiful home, so much so that it doesn't feel like a rental. It had everything we needed as a family as well as being warm and comfortable. The location is convenient to the town and beaches and John the host was very welcoming and well equipped with local info. We will definitely be returning to Riverdale in the future. Duffy's Cottage, a property with a garden, is situated in Ballymote, 19 km from Dr. Our host Sylvia, went out of her way to ensure we had all the basic needs, milk bread butter cheese etc and provided a bottle of wine as well. Brillant as we got delayed to roadworks on the way to the accomodation. Sylvia ensured the accomodation was warm for our arrival and even had the fire lit. She updated us to where we good obtain a meal, groceries and the local bars a short dander away, that where pet friendly. Sylvia deserves a medal. This is what we call special hospitality.
