Die Unterkunft River Dale ist gelegen in Willsborough, 3,4 km von Sligo County Museum, 3,6 km von Abtei von Sligo und 3,8 km von Yeats Memorial Building entfernt. This is a beautiful home, so much so that it doesn't feel like a rental. It had everything we needed as a family as well as being warm and comfortable. The location is convenient to the town and beaches and John the host was very welcoming and well equipped with local info. We will definitely be returning to Riverdale in the future. Die Unterkunft Duffy's Cottage ist gelegen in Ballymote, 16 km von Burg Ballinafad Castle und 19 km von Dr. Douglas Hyde Interpretative Centre sowie 25 km von Golfclub Carrick-on-Shannon entfernt. Our host Sylvia, went out of her way to ensure we had all the basic needs, milk bread butter cheese etc and provided a bottle of wine as well. Brillant as we got delayed to roadworks on the way to the accomodation. Sylvia ensured the accomodation was warm for our arrival and even had the fire lit. She updated us to where we good obtain a meal, groceries and the local bars a short dander away, that where pet friendly. Sylvia deserves a medal. This is what we call special hospitality. Coopershill is steeped in history which was in itself a reason for a memorable stay. Add to that the welcoming owners and their fantastic and friendly staff, from whom nothing was too much trouble, and cap the whole thing off with gourmet standard food (both the breakfasts and evening meals) using local ingredients, many from the immediate locale and attached gardens, all of which results, in my opinion that it would be hard to beat, not just in Ireland, but also many of the other countries that I have visited.
