Absolutely fantastic stay, the room was massive easily can accommodate 2/3 people. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The place is quite modern and luxurious as shown in the pictures. The sheets and towels were all fresh, and the place was fully equipped. The house was, extremely clean and well-organized, the best part was the extreme attention, as all our needs were effortlessly met. The hosts were always helpful and quick to respond to any questions. They were easy to contact and checked in on how we were doing in a very welcoming and friendly manner. This place is deserving of 5 stars plus! The location in itself is ideal for someone who doesn’t want the noise of city centre but the ease of access. It’s centrally placed so that all the hot spots are on either side. The decor is modern in the gorgeous Gregorian house. I looooove the chandeliers. There are two spots in which you can make yourself comfortable and both are something out of a magazine. And the breakfast is exceptional (worth a post of its own). I cannot recommend this place more.
Spacious family room for 4. Breakfast very nice. Omelette chef was great. Many very friendly members of staff. Beautiful Christmas decorations. Jacqueline and front desk staff all outstanding.
Very friendly staff, beautiful interior to hotel, lovely finishes in the room like wine opener, luxury soaps, reading lights built into bed - overall feels more luxurious than what you’d expect of a city centre hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant is cosy and beautiful
Exceptional service, super friendly staff, everyone so helpful and knowledgeable about Dublin and what to do and where to go etc. and Hotel Manager Jane Bridge is an outstanding exemplar of what a leader and role model in the hospitality industry is all about - she leads her staff by example and is a total credit to the Hyatt in every way.
The older fella with a beard in the bar area during the day was a absolute diamond and a pleasure to have around! Gave us local tips on bars and good places for a night out, aswel as that the manager in the bar area went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed ourselves, we had a slight issue with my food and he gave me a full refund which I wasn’t expecting, this hotel is 10/10 and by far the best in Dublin, exceptional service and what a beautiful hotel, highly recommend to anyone
5 Stars isn't enough for this place! Amazing hotel, rooms are so nice and staff are so friendly and helpful! Spa is lovely, so modern and a great experience! Would definitely stay here again
Location was great, in midst of chic pubs, cafes and restaurants. Few minutes to Grafton street and surrounding shopping. Great vibe all around the area. Hotel is a gem, spacious rooms, double glazed so quiet and warm. Staff were warm, genuine and helpful. Breakfast made lunch redundant. Luxurious bed and a huge bath, great shower, serviced every day.
great location, friendly environment, 5 stars
The hotel is very clean and stylish ( loved the marble bathroom) and the butlers chocolate, gowns & slippers made it feel luxurious. Love the location too as Herbert park and ballsbridge is lovely
