We stayed in this hotel with my wife and our one-year-old for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always greet us with a smile and ask if everything was ok. They even offered us vouchers for free drinks at the hotel's bar during check-in. The bedroom was very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaners even folded our clothes. We had asked for a baby cot, and even with that, we had plenty of space in the room. The mini bar in the room was free, and there were water bottles, soft drinks, a small wine, and coffee and tea. We didn't get a chance to dive into the pool, but we did relax for a while at the pool's sunbeds, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every day, they even had a new addition. It was a 10-minute walk from the old city center so we didn't even have to move our car. There is private parking in the basement of the hotel, but the spots are limited, and you have to book in advance. We were not aware, but there were plenty of free parking spots on the streets around the hotel.

Close to bus station. Clean and modern room. Quiet room at night. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety to choose from.

Exceptional service: very nice and friendly staff, open bar with a wide choice of soft beverages and alcohol, delicious food. Here I have to specify that the best 2 restaurants were Main Restaurant and Greek Tavern - here you could always find something special for any of your cravens as well as wide choice of fish and sea food which was cooked for you on grill. The first hotel, where they know how to do perfect eggs. Excellent pools and beach. Very clean rooms and all the facilities. Highly recommend this hotel!

Everything about this hotel is incredible. Do not listen to any bad review about this place, it far exceeded any of our expectations. The staff were attentive, polite and genuinely cared about the hotel and it’s guests. It has a very nice family feel, it’s quiet and great location for accessing the town. The breakfast is impressive, the room spotless and we had no reason to leave our amazing balcony area or private pool. The town is 10 minutes in a taxi at 7euros, so you are not in the hustle and bustle but easily accessed. The complimentary bottle of Prosecco went down a treat on arrival too. It is a stunning hotel and you will not be disappointed, we didn’t want to leave.

DOM Boutique Hotel mempunyai tempat fitness lengkap, lounge bersama, teras, dan bar di Heraklion. Hotel bintang 4 ini menawarkan ruang penyimpanan koper. Breakfast was a feast. Everything was delicious. Our room was more suitable for a single person. Too small for a couple. Location was ideal. A few steps away from bakery, restaurants, tourists sights and a short ride to Knossos and airport. Staff was great.

Stunning room with comfortable bed and amazing espresso coffee machine, great bathroom too, easy access to parking. Very helpful staff.

Abaton Island Resort & Spa is set on a stunning location in Hersonissos. The breakfast was excellent but what made the experience exceptional was the staff and a special acknowledgement to George and his breakfast team Despina and Sophia at the reception , Michalis, Danae, Antoni at the beach and Zacharias and Dino - they were all awesome . Our vacation ended with a special touch with an impeccable drive to the airport with Ari who invited us to his hometown and convinced us to return to Crete !
