The owner, Kate, was absolutely lovely and made my stay perfect. The breakfasts had so much choice and Kate provided me with Oatmilk for my coffee. The Scottish smoked salmon with scrambled egg was excellent. Room had everything you could need and all clean. Easy free car parking right outside.

Stayed in a beautiful new building behind in the garden area that was first class all the way. Great people running the property. Spotlessly clean and excellent breakfast .

We had an excellent spacey room and bathroom. The breakfast was good and the hostess was very nice and provided us with good tips about things to do and where to eat. The garden warrant a special mention. It's huge and there are several areas where you can sit and relax.

Once a shooting lodge, Trigony House Hotel and Garden Spa is a dog-friendly accommodating offering a relaxed atmosphere. The size of the room was spacious and comfortable. The area and the building itself is set in a peaceful and quite location which is great if you are looking for a country retreat or romantic getaway. The restaurant was perfectly located with a beautiful view over the gardens and the food was great.

The refurbished Ship Inn is a boutique hotel located in the heart of Galloway. Although this was a very last minute, one night only booking, and we didn't get to experience the full package right down to breakfast or dinner, the hotel 150% met our expectations. Room was spacious, clean with modern, also very clean bathroom. Couldn't have asked for better. Will definitely book The Ship Inn again should we find ourselves in the area.
