Located in Rob Roy country, beneath the famous Crags, The Knowe provides excellent accommodation to all types of travellers The guest house has many original Victorian and Edwardian features, and... Breakfast was excellent, good local ingredients cooked to perfection. Our room named “Gardens” was large, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It had lovely views over the town and the surrounding countryside. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful.

The Abbotsford is a spacious Victorian property, refurbished in a contemporary style. It was featured as one of the top 10 bed and breakfasts in GB by Yours magazine. The room was well appointed, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the dinner was fantastic - with great selection and delicious.
