A fabulous apartment with views of Lake Annecy, the space has been very cleverly modelled with the low roof bedroom in the roof being the perfect place for the kids to sleep! The living space is a great size and the kitchen has a big fridge, dishwasher and plenty of space to prepare food. The shower room is cleverly designed with a washing machine too and the freestanding bath was great for the kids.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed in a great location. Parking underground was a definite deciding factor when choosing this spot. Easy 5 minute walk to old town. Manager was extremely responsive and also gave great restaurant recommendations. All around great stay.

LES SUITES D'ANNICIACA - Hyper centre avec vue sur le chateau terletak di wilayah Annecy Old Town, 37 km dari Rochexpo, 38 km dari Danau Bourget, dan 43 km dari Stade de Geneve di Annecy. Great view being right by the canal and historic palace prison. It was cool to stay in a historic building with modern amenities. Photos were accurate. The apartment was well decorated (love all the fashion albums!) and well thought out with little amenities like air fresheners (Poopourri) for the restroom and nice toiletries. Kimberley (the host) gave us a welcome gift of juice, water, fruit and a souvenir hat from Annecy. Also have great recommendations for restaurants. Easy communication via WhatsApp. We enjoyed our stay in charming Annecy and would highly recommend this apartment! It was the most unique stay on our trip and perfect for a group of four friends! Thank you!
