Boasting a shared lounge, L'AccrocheCoeur is a guest house set in a historic building in the centre of Saint Malo, close to Bon Secours Beach. Xavier was, on balance, an excellent story teller, guide, host, and cook. Every part of my stay, from the room, to the restaurant recommendations, to his patience in speaking French with me proved to be second-to-none. I recommend L'AccrocheCœur to anyone who wants to visit Brittany, and France at large. Every day breakfast was fantastic. Xavier provided us with fresh baguettes, with excellent jams made locally, along with locally made butter and locally produced fruit. I can't say enough about the quality of the food that he provided in the mornings. The bed and breakfast was beautifully located within the city walls, and near exits through the city walls so one could go to the beautiful beach (since I lucked out with the weather), or go to the various restaurants and shops within the city walls.

Nestled in a 6-hectare park only a 5-minute drive from the beach, the Château Hôtel Du Colombier dates back to the 18th century and combines historical charm with modern comforts. Lovely chateau set in tranquill gardens. Spacious room with huge doors and a balcony overlooking the gardens. Full of character and delightful home inside too. Everything you want to see in the area is close by, but it's wonderful to come back to the calm chateau and chill out. Nicolas and his team made us feel like the chateau was our home for a few days. A wonderful stay.

Hôtel Oré, Saint-Malo is located at the entrance to Saint-Malo, near the aquarium. The hotel offers family rooms with baths or showers, flat-screen TVs and free WiFi access. Rooms were spacious, clean, new. Breakfast was simple but fulfilling. Staff were friendly and helpful. The sauna and jacuzzi was good, helped us relax after a long drive.

Offering city views, Le Plongeoir, intra-muros is an accommodation located in Saint Malo, 300 metres from Mole Beach and 600 metres from Eventail Beach. Very nice place and great location. Close to everything in old St. Malo. Staff super ni e and helpful. Apartment very clean. Had everything you need to stay a while.

In the Parame district of Saint Malo, close to Rochebonne Beach, Villa Jules Simon features a garden and a washing machine. This holiday home features accommodation with a balcony. Beautiful house. Perfect for us. Every bit as good as the photos.

HEOL - appartement 2 chambres - vue mer et parking is set in Dinard, less than 1 km from Vicomte Beach, a 14-minute walk from Port la Vicomte Beach, and 600 metres from Port-Breton Park. Cocoon gave us contact details for the person meeting us on the day. We thought this was an excellent idea and we contacted Florian (our named contact) on the day to coordinate arrival times which worked really well. This made us feel a bit more secure as travelling from the UK. Beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing at all times of the day. Balcony was great for a pre-dinner drink. Plenty of room with 2 showers and very bright and welcoming when we returned from a day out. We also appreciated the delicious local produce supplied.
