When staying at the apartment, guests can use private entrance. Great location! Just in the very center of old city. Close to everything. Historical renovated house. Parking is in 5 min walk. Everything in apartment is new and very stylish. Well equipped if you prefer to cook in. Smart tv that allows to watch any program and music. I will recommend this suites to all coming in Palma and definitely come again!

Great little family run hotel. We originally booked for 2 nights, ended up staying for 3. The owners Daniel, Susi and Jade were very accommodating and friendly, with a lot of knowledge about the area. They made us feel very much at home and our comfort was priority for them. The hotel only opened last year, which means the rooms are very modern and well equipped. I would highly recommend ordering the hotel breakfast, which included yoghurt, eggs, bacon, toast, cheese etc and was very delicious.

Very good location close to all very nice restaurants and of course the beach! Attico is very spacious and well decorated. Also good location to catch a bus to go around the island. The beach is very nice in Santa Cruz. If I am in la palma and Santa Cruz again I would stay again.

Spent 6 days in this wonderful house, loved every moment of it. We appreciated its unique historical architecture, lots of space, adored the open air patio leading directly off the well equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms (and a single bed in the attic), great sitting room, bathrooms with gushing showers, wonderful after a day’s hiking or driving. This house is 200years old, it’s a privilege to reside within its walls. Our ferry back to Tenerife was late afternoon, and our host immediately agreed a no-cost extension. We loved Santa Cruz, and I would very much recommend making Casa 1820 your base here. Our thanks to Alberto, for everything, including the complementary bottle of red wine, produced in La Palma!
