The hotel was beautifully decorated, the rooms were great as well as the common areas, including a pool with great views over the valley. We also had great dinner and breakfast in the property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the top hotels we stayed in through our road trip through Spain.

We were a family of four with grown-up "kids" (20 and 16 years old). We spent the week in between Christmas and the new year. The environment around the property is amazing; it doesn´t matter whether it is summer or winter. The attention from Mrs. Tatiana was outstanding; she was so attentive and smiley. The facilities are really amazing. The breakfast was superb; everything was really fresh. We will return for sure.

Þetta fallega 5 stjörnu hótel er til húsa í endurnýjaðri byggingu sem var heimili „Markgreifans í Santillana“ á 15. öld. The hotel was amazing. Very unique decor. Great bar, garden, and lounge areas to spend time in. The room was large, and the bed was so comfortable. The ladies on reception were so professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

This charming country-style hotel is set in a restored 17th-century house in central Santillana del Mar. Each room is individually decorated and includes a spa bath and free Wi-Fi. An incredible city! It seems to be in the 18th century. All houses are made of stone, large. The city is clean and green. Many shops with handmade goods. The hotel is very beautiful, cozy, clean. You can walk to the cave for 30min, to the city center - a couple of minutes. In the evening, you can comfortably sit on the veranda, drink wine and enjoy delicious pizza
