Ett väldigt bra bemötande av personalen vid ankomst, väldigt hjälpsamma och informativa. Fick också en uppgradering utan att vi bett om det. Välstädat och rymlig lägenhet men närhet till många sevärdheter. Enkelt för en barnfamilj med små barn.

KPM Hotel & Residences ligger i Berlin, knappt 2 km från Kurfürstendamm. Här erbjuds en rad faciliteter. Boendet har en restaurang och en 24-timmarsreception. I highly recommend this to you all. The staffs are great, helpful and friendly. I really felt the good energy of the staffs here, seriously! Excellent neighborhood. Smooth check in and check out and also FAST! They did everything necessary to make the check in/out smooth and efficient. The cleaning service everyday is also <3 I just love about everything here. Period.

This stylish hotel lies between the Ubera Arena and the East Side Gallery, the remaining iconic section of the Berlin Wall. Everyone was super nice ! It was comfortable great location all the above breakfast was wowowowow

My partner and I stayed in Berlin for 10 days and Locke was our home away from home! The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful for whatever we needed, the hotel itself is gorgeous, so fun to grab a coffee and hang on the balcony of the lobby overlooking amazing views, the room was so cozy and spaced out practically, one of the best showers EVER, and we were able to do laundry on site, washer and dryer which was such a luxury when you’re traveling kinda lighter! It’s also walking distance from all of my partner’s and mine favorite restaurants and sites, 15 min walk to berghain ;) If I could give this hotel a million stars I would!
