I had already visited Karlovy Vary for a day trip years ago and I decided if I ever came back I would stay in the Grand Hotel Pupp. The hotel did not let me down, on the contrary, I was even more surprised with the structure of the hotel, the nice and helpful staff, the large and confortable room with a balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast was also unforgetable! Even if the hotel is traditional, I enjoyed the modern twist in some of it (such as the pool and the restaurant).

Alexandra muy amable y de los pocos que hablan inglés. Si tuviera que poner un pero sería el colchón, que no estaba acorde con todo lo demás. En general totalmente recomendable 👌🏽 100%.

This place is in tip top shape, pristine design, visibly clean luxurious not just in the name but down to every piece of decor. I felt like a queen in her suite so spacious and well thought out and the fact that everything was self service was a shock. Getting in and through the apartment was a breeze. As a solo traveler I felt safe and I had plenty of space for my luggage, and my larger items without feeling too crowded. If you cook, they have all the amenities pots, pans, a beautiful fridge, coffee maker. It’s like I didn’t wanna go out and explore because I wanted to soak in every last inch of the apartment. Apple TV was a nice touch so I could watch my Netflix in English and stream from my phone.
