The luxurious Grand Hotel National is situated directly on the shore of Lake Lucerne, only a 5-minute walk from the train station and the old town. The location was fantastic, and the lake view rooms were really beautiful. All the staff were super friendly and hepful. We had a car and their was always someone there to valet the car. Special shout out to Fleurina from reception who was super lovely and helpful.
