It was a great experience. The location was amazing 5 minutes walk to the left. The location is close to Saas Fee and Saas Almagell where is so many trails for hicking and biking. The holidays bass was helpful for transportation and left tickets. Also, about 30-45 minutes from zermatt a very nice town . I had a wonderful time and I am planning to come back again in the winter and maybe next autumn.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the check in process, the rooms with the balcony had an amazing Matterhorn view, even the outdoor heated pool is magical & a must try during your stay. The hotel staff were polite and kind.
