The host was available for us to help solve some of our travel interruptions and difficulties. He was so understanding and helpful. He really put us at ease and was so considerate to our travel issues. When the European converters we brought didn't fit, he even loaned us some that fit! He even texted in at the end of our stay to make sure all was going well. We definitely would love to come back again. The garden and lake view was so peaceful and relaxing after a difficult train travel journery.

We didn't know before we booked but it is right at the beginning of the famous walk path between Castagnola and Gandria, which takes about 45 minutes one way.
