The staff went out of their way on both visits to make sure that my two small dogs and I were happy - the beds, bowls and treats for my dogs were much appreciated. My meals were truly delicious and as it happens, I had room service during my stay - all perfect and on time, including early breakfasts.

Also in the morning a wonderful fresh breakfast was waiting for us. The rooms are clean and cozy, the beds seemed to kiss us. The apartment was fantastic, very tastefully furnished throughout, immaculately clean and was superbly equipped with everything that you could imagine, fantastic location with a good range of eateries within easy walking distance We would not hesitate to book again should we return to the Genk arear.
