Each room we got was exquisitely decorated. We felt like we were staying in someone's house, along with the warmth of Dimitry's welcome. He changed our towels everyday, although we didn't ask for it. The location was great - very close to the Louisa metro stop, and within a block of a major shopping street in brussels so we could shop for what we wanted/needed. There is also a supermarket within a block away. From check0in to check-out, everything about our stay was wonderful

Free WiFi is available in the entire hotel. Beautiful architecture, comfortable and clean rooms. They staff is promptly to help in case of any issues. They sent me an AirPod that I have forgot my room to my home. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Hotel Le Châtelain offers a modern top-floor fitness centre and a 24-hour front desk. The room and the location was close to Airport and the nearest railway station. We were happy with the property.
