Hotel Schachner is located in the town of Maria Taferl, close to the basilica. It offers views of the Alps and the Danube River. Incredible views at the Spa. Beautiful location and throughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend.

Located in Mautern on the southern bank of the Danube, only 2 km from Krems, the Nikolaihof offers very spacious, classically equipped rooms with panoramic views over the Wachau Valley. Located 5-10 minutes drive from Krems center. The place is just lovely - a room with a door to the garden (in our case, not on all rooms), beautiful garden with natural pool, Sauna and amazing view around. Real lovely place and the host (Elizabeth) is friendly and helpful.

Built in 1574 as a shipmaster’s house, Renaissancehotel Raffelsberger Hof B&B is a protected building in the historic village centre of Weißenkirchen in the Wachau. Everything was great, nice place, fabolus breakfast, happy workers, clean rooms, peaceful enviroment. Sauna was very clean and comfortable and the pool was egzotic.

Located in Senftenberg, 42 km from Melk Abbey, Nuhr Medical - Hotel & Restaurant provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. It is a wonderful location and experience! Great staff members, great food, great room, great spa options. Only one hour from Vienna, but it helps disconnect and relax. I will go back for sure!

Surrounded by vineyards, the modern and stylish Deluxe Apartment Sonnleitner can be found 2 km from the Göttweig Abbey and 4 km south of Krems and offers private saunas, free WiFi and iPod docking... This apartment is amazing. The facilities are excellent, a modern residence in an old house. We just had to g’et used to the fact that everything was open-area, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom in a large room. However, the toilet is on it’s own 😀. Lovely large balcony. The village it-selskab is a bit dull, but surrounded by vineyards and from the bedroom window it overbookes the beautiful monastery of Stift Göttweig.
