Unrivaled Customer Service In over 20 years of traveling to various high-end hotels, the customer service stands out as the best we've ever encountered. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests made our visit truly memorable. 3. Exquisite Breakfast Delights The breakfast was a delightful experience. From the selection of dishes to the quality of the cuisine, it exceeded our expectations. Each morning, we were greeted with a spread that reflected the excellence one would expect from such an esteemed establishment. 4. Generous Room Upgrade We were pleasantly surprised and immensely grateful for the generous room upgrade offered by the hotel. The upgraded room was beyond compare and added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. The gesture was sincerely appreciated and made our visit even more special.

Absolutely everything! The staff and owner are absolutely amazing, they help in every way to ease our stay, they are super nice and accommodating. The room was exactly as portrayed, very comfy and updated. The outside space is perfect for relaxing and the pool a relief in times of heat! I loved my stay and would definitely come back.

My recent stay at Vedana Lagoon Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine warmth and hospitality from the staff. Ms. Cristy, the epitome of hospitality, upgraded us to incredible lagoon-view villas with private pool and even took us on a buggy tour, ensuring we knew the resort's layout despite our short stay. The resort's idyllic location between Hue and Bach Ma National Park makes it a perfect base and a tranquil retreat to unwind after a day of exploration. Can’t wait to be back!

I don't think I have ever rated a property 10 but this stay was exceptional thanks to the staff that went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. As an example the kids club wasn't functional but staff lent us toys for our little ones. Rooms very spacious and good and everything else was spot on

From the moment we entered AnHill you could feel a sense of serenity! Check in and out was easy and fuss free and every staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We went during a time where the staffs were in the midst of a staff retreat but we never felt like anything was lacking at all. I love the meticulous detail from the names in front of our rooms to a personalised embossed letter upon check out. Room service and breakfast was amazing too!

Lovely, serene landscape with a koi pond – I adore it. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive – my sincere appreciation. The restaurant is stunning and roomy, thoughtfully organized. Even during busy breakfasts, comfort isn't compromised. It's wonderfully peaceful at night, ideal for dinner. Their cuisine is excellent! A small suggestion: consider excluding bacon from the bruschettas. The Ganban experience is incredible! It was a complimentary addition to our room booking and left us amazed. Clean, fragrant, and incredibly relaxing. The cold room with the snow-like ice machine was a fascinating touch. We thoroughly enjoyed it! The overall experience offered great value for the price. I'm definitely planning to return.
