I come here when I have a concert to go to at IMPACT (so far I’ve stayed here three times) and the staff as always been welcoming and accommodating to my needs. They take me to and from the event and it’s helped me so much. I recommend getting the rooms with the jacuzzis. It’s a wonderful way to relax during the stay. I’m a person that loves watching TV so I love laying in the comfortable bed and watching on their big flat-screens. The staff even remember that I’ve been here repeatedly, given me treats and have thanked me for supporting then. I definitely will keep staying here when I have more concerts to go to.

The property is very well maintained. Everywhere was clean and the aesthetic of the building is super! The staff also make you feel very comfortable, everyone is so nice and they always try to help anyway possible! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The owners were absolutely exceptional. They have been so nice, they have made sure I was comfortable and got everything I needed. I got all the needed facilities and they even provided me with custom arrangements, as well as giving me free snacks, water, canned drinks and even gifting me some fresh fruits! They also provided me with a early check-in (at 7am) and a late check-out (at 6pm) for free. This place is a bit far from the BTS station but everything is reachable fairly quickly using Grab. My room was really comfortable, clean and quiet. Definitely a wonderful value for money!

Wonderful place and wonderful Staff. A true Oasis in Bangkok and probably the nicest Hotel we ever stayed in (and we did stay in a lot of Hotels). General Manager Nick also really made us feel Welcome. 5 Stars!
