We came here to take a break and relax after a busy work period. The place was perfect for that! We mostly stayed at the villa because we were feeling lazy, and there were occasional heavy rains. It felt like we were in a tropical paradise with European-style comfort. You can even have massage in your bedroom if you don't fell like going out :) The villa was very clean and you could tell it was built with care. Small details like the cool lights under the bed and nice soaps in the bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, cozy design made our experience awesome. Also, John, the host, was super friendly. He gave us great tips on where to find the best food on the island and other things to do. Overall, we would definitely come back again!

Everything about this resort was just amazing .. the most kid’s friendly staffs I have ever met in all of the resort. The service is just woow (imagine all the staffs know your room number and details.. anything lost in any spot in the resort you will have it at your place in few minutes.. the resort very clean.. the food manager, i was wondering she doesn’t sleep :) you will find her at any food in the resort checking on the service and making sure the guests are happy .. I asked her for specific dish for my kids that wasn’t part of their menu and it was done in 15 minutes.. everything about this resort is breathtaking.. the only negative point was the moment to say goodbye to everyone

Amazing time spent on this resort - recommend for romantic stays with a partner/spouse for a week. Great choice of food on the breakfast, the same in restaurant (can be various menus though). The staff is super-helpful and ready to react on any ask - whether it's room extra cleaning or facilities support. Great location, private beach with your own towels, free water and nice hammocks between palms. I also set up a private romantic date on the beach and the staff made more than everything to perform it to remarkable and amazing event.

The room was huge, clean and included every extra amenity you could need, right down to beach/pool towels and beach bag. Just great attention to detail and anticipation of a guest's needs. We also had a good-sized and well-maintained private plunge pool with our room. The staff were excellent, both at reception and bar, so friendly, warm and helpful. We had dinner and a breakfast at the restaurant which was great quality and delicious although a little pricier than you'd pay elsewhere, you pay for the convenience of eating at the resort. The pool area was beyond what we expected, pristine, peaceful with plenty of comfortable sun loungers with parasols, big pool cushions to lie on, a swim-up bar and a beautiful waterfall feature. The clean and quiet beach is a 2 min walk down from the resort with a little beach bar shack for cheap drinks.

Everything about Fair House was fabulous. We thought the property looked nice when booking, but were blown away by the quality of everything when we arrived. The location was beautiful, the food and beverage services were great, and the rooms themselves were fantastic. We enjoyed it so much that we cancelled other accommodation to stay there again on our last night in Koh Samui. Zac and Kong were particularly helpful staff members. We stayed in the pool villa, and then the beachside pool villa, and both offered a slice of private luxury. Thank you Fair House!

My partner and I were delighted with our stay at the Sea&Sky villa resort. The value for money was exceptional, offering a beach cottage experience with concierge service that outshone many five-star hotels we stayed at. Impressively, we discovered that beachfront Sea&Sky event villa, part of the complex, is the perfect venue for our wedding next year, suitable both for the celebration and a honeymoon.

We were a family of 10 people. The only villa on the island for this price and 5 rooms. I really liked that all the rooms have their own shower. Very nice pool, very clean water. Nice view from the room. .The water slide is very fast. Those who like it will like it. In one word, a wonderful place!!!
