It's easy to get food delivered, if you don't want to go out, since the location is very accessible. The location is also within the range of the pickup for the booked tours. The hotel has a very nice heated pool.

The staff were excellent and genuinely try their best to make sure we had a good time. Any issues they will immediately come to help us and very helpful from the moment we arrive to the hotel. Location is close to central, the hotel also has transfers at 6pm free of charge for residents to popular locations based on the day. Breakfast is excellent, they even provide a service making fresh omlette or fried egg and bake fresh roti in the morning in addition to an international cuisine. I am very happy with our stay.

Amazing hotel! Don’t think twice about staying here, it’s the best! We would come back here in a heartbeat. A beautiful, new, clean and well decorated hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Exceptional service from the whole team. Breakfast was delicious with so many options and drinks to choose from. Best breakfast we’ve ever had. I loved the Thai Milk Tea the ladies suggested I try! And the fresh coconuts were a treat. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was great both times. Cocktails were SPECTACULAR! A real highlight. There were 2-for-1 cocktails from 1-3pm every afternoon. Loved the pool area, so relaxing and a nice pool to cool off after a day of sight-seeing. Our room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities plus some complimentary drinks and snacks. The bed is so comfortable, the sheets and quilt so cozy, best sleep I’ve had in a long time. There’s an air purifier in the room. And the bath has a head/neck rest. They think of everything! We also got in room massages and they were great. Greta location with lots of nice shops and restaurants in Nimman. The cupcakes and cookies from A Pond Of Cupcake across the road are yummy if you have a sweet tooth!

Everything! This was literally the best stay we’ve ever had, the hotel is incredibly beautiful and comfortable, the staff is so nice and all the services were simply incredible (cleaning, reception, pool, breakfast, luggage carrier, security)!
