Do you like property owners who are overly sensitive and quick to judge?  Do you like property owners who do not keep their property clean and furnishing to the quality commensurate to the rental price?  Do you like property owners who are horrible at conflict resolution and only know how to be critical and gaslight?  Do you like property owners who make you feel like you cannot enjoy your stay because everything is and will be your fault if something goes wrong in a poorly maintained property?  Well, if you said yes to one, a few, or all of these questions, this is the place for you. Long story short, normally got up (not sat down) from a $200 loveseat sofa that was literally on it's last leg. One of the legs broke off.  I'm an average height/weight middle-aged foreign male who never broke a chair in my life nor did I think I could break one from getting up.  A cheap pine wood frame, an unstable design, and an overly humid atmosphere can lead to this happening prematurely.  Owner claims sofa is only a few months old and of good quality as it came from Index Living Mall (which is lower quality and price than Ikea) even though it creaks like a haunted house, has cushions that are so flat that you literally can feel the wood frame underneath your body while sitting, has stains from prolonged use and lack of cleaning, and has the aromatic scent of cheap aftershave.  So, I sent a photo to the owner saying the leg broke off and asking what should I do.  Immediately he went into defensive and accusatory mode - saying it was fine before, what did you do, etc.  I told him the truth.  Asked him to change his attitude as it was unnecessary and not appreciated.  Then he blew up.  Ad hominem ensued and continued to the end.  He was accused me of threatening him (how exaxctly?) and did not care once from my well-being, safety, or experience.  Booked for 4 nights, checked out after 1 night.

Beautiful grounds in a quiet and scenic hillside area, but only 12 to 15 minutes ton everything in Hua Hin. We had a three bedroom villa that was roomy, well-furnished, and gorgeous. Each of the three bedrooms (two were king bed rooms, one a twin bedroom) had their own access and their own bathrooms. One of the bedrooms had a jacuzzi bath. In the middle of the rooms is a large private pool area secluded from outside view. It has a kiddie pool, a jacuzzi pool and the large swimming pool. Also there is a separate onsen (hot springs) pool. The rooms were totally quiet. Their is a separate very large living area and fully equipped kitchen with a huge dining table. The parking lot is large and parking is no issue. There are golf carts to take you to and from your rooms if you chose. Breakfast is basic but with goof quality. Khun Arm, the manager, and her team were wonderful and looked after us very well! .

We were on a family vacation (5 adults and 2 children) and were looking for just such a format for accommodation. We rented the whole villa. We really enjoyed. There was everything we needed for our holiday - 6 large beautiful rooms with all amenities. All equipment and facilities are up-to-date, excellent Wi-Fi, wonderful swimming pool with jacuzzi. A lot of space indeed. The owner and staff were very friendly and met all our requests immediately. Many thanks for the wonderful vacation.
