The apartment was very clean when we arrived; there was complimentary wine, fruit, and snacks prepared, and the owner is very nice and speaks good English. We felt very welcomed. We asked for some recommendations in Portorož, and the owner wrote us a detailed list of restaurants and beaches around the area that were suitable for us with a small kid. We went to the places that were recommended, and we had very good experiences. The apartment has a wonderful view up on the hill, is easy to find with GPS, and has a big parking space free of charge. It's not far from the seaside, and it's very peaceful and quiet at night; we couldn't hear much noise from the beach parties. The bed is very comfortable, and the cot is also clean and safe for the toddler.

Everything was perfect, new and clean. Privat parking lot next to the apartment. Comfy beds. A lot of storage place. I loved the garden the most, where you can have breakfast, glass of wine or just relax. Very close to the beach, grocery, restaurants (2 mins by foot). Perfect start point for circular footpaths to Piran, Strunjan and Seca.

The breakfast is simply exceptional, and having a nice shaded terrace with sea views adds to the experience. The room has good size, the bed was comfortable and a big bonus goes to how quiet it is at night if you close the windows, they have a silent AC system. We also enjoyed the private beach area, which was nicely shaded and having grass instead of sand made it cooler and cleaner at the end of the day. Plenty of restaurants nearby and you can even walk to the nearby Piran if you don't want to take the bus that has the stop close to the hotel.
