We came and traveled around Slovenia for a week and stayed at amazing resorts around the country! This was our favorite! The location is stunning! Breakfast was beautiful! We went to the spa and it was amazing. Great time of year to visit since there were very few tourists. Only complaint was that we hadn’t stayed here longer.

More beautiful in person than in pictures. We especially loved the outside area and spent loads of time relaxing in the afternoon sun, taking in the view. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Majerca is a beautiful boutique hotel that really felt like a classy secret hideaway. Things to love about it include the stunning location, beautifully designed space, incredible restaurant and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk along a quiet forest road from the nearest bus stop. It has a huge green garden adjoining the terrace/restaurant and the most gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains. This is a small hotel with just a handful of staff, but they are really nice people, particularly the guys running the restaurant. Speaking of which - dinner here is a must (there are not many options in the area anyway). The food is maybe the best I ever had in a hotel restaurant - the nduja pork belly is stunningly tasty. I think the menu rotates, but you can't go wrong. Vegetarian options are strong too, and the breakfast was also a wonderful way to kick off the day (again, very friendly service and superb coffee). The rooms are huge and the beds unbelievably comfortable. Our en-suite had a bath (!) which was a fabulous touch. The hotel has mountain bikes you can borrow for free to go for a ride around the lake or up into the hills. Other hotels would charge for this - it speaks a lot to Majerca's excellence that it was available at no cost. I'd stay there again without question and will tell my friends and family to pass by too.

Very nice and modern apartment. Perfectly clean. Awesome location. Equiped with just about everything you could need for a few nights at the mountains. We have received a very warm welcome upon our arrival by the owner which made the stay even better.

The welcome from Jani and Doris was very friendly. The did everything to make us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They had a lot of tips on places to go in Slovenia. The house was very very very clean and the garden was perfect. The location is wonderful if you like the mountains and the peace at 1000m altitude. We could live there for the rest of our lives... We absolutely loved it, and Jani and Doris to :-)

The description of the accommodation corresponds to reality, a pleasant quiet place in a dead end street. Darja was a pleasant, accommodating and very helpful. She willingly fulfilled our requirements. We had a greatly furnished apartment with 2 bathrooms including an outdoor terrace with equipment.

Large space for a family. Clean and friendly space. All you need in kitchen and bathroom. Huge area for play in the back of the house.
