The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed from the first moment at the reception with a warm heart and we got all the information we needed. Given the fact that my mother (88 y.o.) had birthday, we got as a gift one day free access at the Spa centre. We opted for demi-pension (breakfast and dinner included) and we were amazed by the diversity of the offer for both meals. The room (family room) was modern and spacious and we had a large balcony facing the little spa town. For us it was a memorable stay and most of all we were impressed by the warm-hearted and professional approach of all the staff at the hotel: reception, restaurants, spa centre. Thank you, we hope to come back soon!

Amazing stay! A place from a fairy tale and the staff really kind and welcoming. The room comfy and clean, everything feels pretty cozy. Even the price was pretty OK and the location is also perfect.

Amazing accommodations. Rooms are very styles and comfortable. Sitting room area big and very bright. We loved our staying at Qubik and highly recommended. View was good and stuffs are extremely kind and helpful. Just loved everything about it.
