The place was conveniently located. Very very close to all the great sites that Marrakech has to offer. The farthest places were like a 25 minute walk. Our arrival flight got delayed and we had arranged a pick up by the Riads car from the airport. The driver was kind enough to wait 2 hours at the airport for us even when he was fasting (we visited during Ramadan) and dropped us very close to the Riad where one of the staff members was already waiting for us to take us and the luggage to the Riad barely a few minutes away. We were greeted with a nice warm smile and a refreshing cup of Moroccan mint tea as soon as we got there. The staff was extremely helpful. They told us all about the places to visit, gave us a map and pointed out all the great spots to eat at and also to see. They were extremely helpful every step of the way. The breakfast was great on the roof terrace every morning aswell.On returning during the evening we were offered to some more tea several times free of charge. Mohammed, one of the staff members also helped me get a local sim and set up a very economical data package which would otherwise be very hard for someone who doesn't read arabic. 10/10 overall and would definitely stay there again when I visit next.

We enjoyed the following: breakfast, very clean accommodations, the safe in the room, kettle, clean linens and towels, bidet in bathroom. The staff were excellent. The counter staff were very accommodating and extended our check out time. The waiter in the restaurant was very kind and attentive. Some very good restaurants nearby and very close to the Medina. Traffic was minimal in front of the hotel.

It is away from the busy chaos that is Marrakech city centre and makes for such a relaxing stay. The photos don’t really do the villa justice and we were amazed by how beautiful the place was. One of the most beautifuly designed hotel I have ever been in. Each detail, decoration, plate and other things fit to interior. There is nothing we didnt like in there. Also hammam and steam room with small pool to cool down - very relaxing area. Staff was extremly friendly and kind. We were so in love with hotel that instead of eating out we ate sandwiches in Brummell - and I am not joking - they tasted like pradise! Highly reccomended!

I loved everything about this place! When i first arrived, Imad and Ahmed welcomed us with A refreshing glass of lemonade and Roses! then at dinner, they surprised me with a Birthday cake which was so delicious.. i wanted to take the rest with me.. the staff was amazing, very punctual and always ready to help. This place is spot clean, every morning they are wiping the glass doors and moping the floor. Food is great! Nourredine, was so patient with us!! He took good care of us.. My favorite was the lamb tajin.. so good! The pool was kept clean at all time.. the hammam massage is a MUST try. Go ahead and book with no worries, If you are planning your next trip.. you will love it! Ask for Imad!!!❤️
