We had a wonderful stay at the Riad! I travelled with my parents and my partner and we felt like in a movie. The personnel was amazing, the food, the space. Totally recommend it. Its also very convinient to go with a car, they find a parking spot for you for 5€ per day.

My wife and I, along with our two boys aged 11 and 12, stayed in the Sultan Suite of this riad for 4 days. Although there were many stairs, typical of a riad, the building was beautifully maintained. The staff were attentive and considerate in every aspect. When traveling in Fes, the convenience of moving from the car to the accommodation is crucial. Also, it’s important to easily walk from the accommodation to various places in the medina. Relying always on someone in a maze-like city like the Fes medina can be very inconvenient. This riad has a major advantage in terms of accessibility. Over 4 days, we explored the medina without a guide and always found it easy to return to the riad on foot or by taxi. We visited a similarly priced five-star hotel on a hill, and while it might have been slightly better in terms of facilities and comfort, this riad surpassed it in terms of access. For those who seek convenience and luxury, along with the thrill of exploring on their own, I highly recommend this place.

Everything. Absolutely everything! The food is superb, the staff is beyond superb!! Hospitable, kind, assisting with every possible thing you can think off. Parking right outside the hotel with a security camera on it. Super close to the medina yet accessible by car. The staff sat with us and helped understand the area and gave lots of tips on every single thing, it was amazing. The room itself was big, comfortable, great facilities, I have 0 complaints about this place :) Also not pricy at all, so add great value for money on top of it all!

Perfect stay in Fez! A stay like royalty. It is one of the most beautiful and luxurious riads in Fez. The best thing about the stay was the riad's manager + Soufianne. We were welcomed with mint tea and biscuits and then upgraded to their biggest room! The room was very ornately decorated and Soufianne had already ensured the heater was on before we entered (the room was at the perfect temperature). The riad is in the medina and hence all the points of interest are either a short walk or a quick taxi ride away. The dinner and breakfast were really delicious and the service was super prompt.
