I loved the location on the plaza. I stood at the balcony and watched the activity below. our room was beautifully decorated with a firm comfortable bed. the bathroom was very nicely appointed. my husband is in a wheelchair and they accommodated him well. The breakfast was wonderful! we ended up with a long stressful day and it was a bright spot in our day.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever been to. The location is excellent, close to everything in the center but the rooms were still calm and we could not hear the city's noise. The breakfast was excellent, great quality and a nice selection. The staff is accommodating and genuinely kind. We loved that parking was possible in the garage, so it was super convenient to travel with suitcases. The room was nice and simple, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean. We will definitely come back!

After traveling around Italy in various hotels, this location was a breath of fresh air, high ceilings and plenty of windows that allow for air to circulate through the apartment easily made for an incredibly refreshing and enjoyable stay. A forth floor apartment giving plenty of distance from traffic for comfortable white noise and an incredible view of the Mole Antonelliana. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

I hope they never change it to look like a dreadfully boring corporate hotel. It's delightful. The best thing by far is the wonderful spa. The design and decor is outstanding, the facilities superb. The ladies doing the massage are very talented. I would return in a heartbeat just for the spa.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. With the only exception of a female waitress at breakfast, the staff was friendly and well trained, especially the male staff serving at the tables. Please keep in mind the hotel category is 5 stars and not 5 stars + luxury. This means the hotel standards are very good but they don’t provide any services or attention typical of luxury hotels. This is not a negative pointer, just something to be aware of if you are used to 5L hotels.

The hotel only has 7 rooms and had a private, quiet & ‘exclusive’ atmosphere. The bathroom supplies are by Ortiga - very luxurious! The 3 members of staff we met were absolutely lovely.
