New, clean, good air conditioning, good hot water, comfortable beds. Awesome location right on the street with shops, restaurant and close to the main town square. Windows were good so we were not disturbed by the street noise (which became quiet around 1 am). Claudia speaks English and was very helpful in guiding us and answered all our questions. Some reviews complained about the breakfast - but it’s fine because you get your choice of coffee, pastry and juice at a very nice ocean front bar. Not comparable to a big hotel breakfast spread but this isn’t a big hotel, it’s a boutique hotel. You have to find a parking spot in the town streets if you don’t want to pay at the big lot close by. We were able to find free parking every day even though was the first week of September. I can see this being far more difficult during peak season (July & August).
