The rooms are very big and comfortable. There was heating turned on which is a first for Italy in my experience. Considering the size of the room and the comfy temperature this place was better than a 5 star hotel. There is very good wifi available and parking on site. The place is easy to get too and very close to a big hypermarket where you can get water and some food. The place has a japanese restaurant as a separate business, I highly recommend eating there at least once, they have good food, just remember to make a reservation as it can get very crowded.

Just around the corner from the train station but on a quiet side street. Great metal blinds that block all light and allow you to sleep in. Room feels newly renovated and was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. I bought 10 tram/bus tickets so as to maximize all my walking time in Old Town (and save the 30-40 minutes of walking there and back). Easy to do day trips to Venice and Vicenza with the train being so close by. I liked the furniture and having a small fridge.

We travel to many great hotels through the year, and this time we had an unusual special request and the team and the super hotel director handled it outstandingly - excellent 5 star treatment was given to us! 1) the interior design is outstanding modern mixed with traditional with old army bikes ! outstanding ! 2) the food was excellent 3) the personnel is very professional 4) everybody speaks at list 2 foreign languages 5) the matress was like a cloud 6) the gym is very complex and the latest type of machines 7) it has 1 inside and 2 huge outside thermal swimming pools 8) pool inside and outside bar 9) very well taken care of garden 10) traditional food and vegan choices 11) health club is amazing : all types of massages , specific thermal water therapies,hairdresser, manicure , pedicure …. 12) there are two restaurants within the hotel. One is very elegant and one is near the pool. 13)  every night in the hotel bar. There are very nice events with live music and the light in the night and a good thing is that you can’t hear it at the floor above, so you can rest in peace 14)  The owner is always present in the hotel and you can talk to him directly about anything you like this is very reassuring.
